A Christmas Message from Bro. Rene Nepomuceno and Family

Hark! The Herald Angels sing, Glory to the new-born King; the Herald the Angels Sing is one of the most captivating Christmas hymns that captures the perplexing yet glorious message of Christmas (Luke 2: 8 – 14). The hymn was written in 1739 as a sacred poem by an English son of a clergyman Charles Wesley. It was arranged into a music piece by German composer Felix Mendelssohn in 1855.

Peace on earth, and mercy mild, God and sinners reconciled!

God and sinners reconciled? “How can this be possible?”, many may wonder! How can the life of a sinner ever be harmonized with a Holy God? Are there any commendable reasons for a just and holy God to forgive and love rebellious and guilty sinners? There seem could never be!

“Jesus is the Reason for reconciliation between God and sinners!”

Hark! The Herald Angels Sing…which means listen to what the angels are singing. They sung declaring the commendable Reason for God to forgive and love sinners! The Reason is this new born King in Bethlehem, The Savior of the world! Through this King lives of sinners can be made in tune with a Holy God. The King came to live among sinners to show them the love of God that they may draw near to Him. He came to impart and to freely give his Holy Life. Jesus is the Reason for reconciliation between God and sinners!

Christmas 2014 Message - Inline AttachmentLet us pause to recognize and realize the very essence of the Christmas message in this eternal master piece sung by the heavenly choirs of angels. Let this song remind us of King Jesus born that day, the King Who has made us well worthy before God, not because of who we are or what we have done but because of Who He is!

By virtue of humble submission to the constant process of conformity of our whole being to our King Jesus, by grace we become the living lyrics proclaiming to the world the herald of the angels of genuine good tidings, peace with God on earth and abundant mercies for all!

Glory to the new-born King…God and sinners reconciled! May this truth glow brightly in our hearts and minds as we greet one another “A Blessed Christmas” in our respective communities within Word International Ministries. And may the final verse of Hark! The Herald Angels Sing inspire and propel our global community towards Christlike living throughout New Year 2015.

Adam’s likeness, Lord, efface, stamp Thine image in its place:
Second Adam from above, reinstate us in Thy love.
Let us Thee, though lost, regain, Thee, the Life, the inner man:
O, to all Thyself impart, formed in each believing heart.
Hark! the herald angels sing,”Glory to the New-born king!”

A Blessed Christmas to all,
Bro. Rene, Sis. Rosanna and Children
